This is for the huge master bedroom with your own bathroom and 2 closets. The apartment complex is called St. Moritz and is very luxurious. It has amazing amenities like a heated pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna and more. Just google it and look at the pictures. It’s close to the Town Center and 15 min from the beach. We split the utilities which will be around $100 each person including a parking pass, and internet.
I have always lived with other people and prefer it. I like a friendly environment, hang out sometimes if you want but if you want to keep to yourself that’s fine too. I bought contemporary, new furniture for the house, brands like Crate and Barrel and West Elm. Everything high quality and nice, no clutter. Your room will be unfurnished. However if you need a bed and a dresser I can put that in for you. I’m looking for professionals.
