Looking to rent a secondary room in my apartment. Room is fully furnished with an attached bathroom. Living room is a shared space and fully furnished. I’m generally only home on nights and weekends, spend most of my time at work. I do have a small dog (schnauzer) that is people friendly but not good with other animals. Pros is he doesn’t shed.

I’m 28, career oriented and generally spend most of my time at work or at the gym. I don’t party so I’d prefer roommates on a similar schedule, but not a deal breaker.
