Binney Street

I’m looking for someone to take up a room in a lovely 2bed/2ba unit at Lofts at Kendall Square in Cambridge and to renew the apartment’s lease with me as my current roommate is moving out.

The apartment (and the room) is spacious with beautiful high ceilings and windows. You’d get your own bathroom!

The building has several amenities including a gym and is located very close to Kendall Square in Cambridge (a 5 mins walk from the Kendall Sq. T stop). Parking is available for a fee but we don’t pay for it right now as neither of us has a car.

Rent: $2100 per month per person so total rent for the two of us would be $4200 (could be a bit less/bit more depending on the lease renewal quote which I expect to receive later this month)

Deposit: $500 (We’ve already paid a $1000 deposit so you’d be paying the $500 to my current roommate)

I’m a recent MBA grad from MIT and work at a local tech firm. I’m in my early 30s, am pretty relaxed and generally quiet 🙂 I enjoy hiking, going to museums, cooking and exploring new cuisines (all of which I’m open to doing together with a new roommate!)
