About the room
Looking for a female or male roommate, couples considered. I’m a 34 y.o. female, introverted and stay to myself mostly, don’t even hang out in a living room that much and travel when have a chance so you will have a place to yourself often. I’m looking for someone clean. I work 2 jobs and only have 1 day off a week and like to keep place clean and need someone who can respect that and is able to clean up after themselves in common areas, who doesn’t wear shoes or smokes inside. I live in a 2bdr 1bath condo, nice neighborhood. Good neighbors. Grill outside. Beaches and library close by. Cameras outside on the property. Looking for at least a year commitment. Will try to make sure you feel like home. First and last month’s rent to move in, 500 refundable security deposit as well (within first month is okay), high speed wifi included, electric bill to split. TV area, bathroom with tub and full kitchen (stove, roster, toaster, blender, coffee grinder, fridge, dining table, all cooking and baking supplies) to share. Room is unfurnished with a small built-in closet, can provide with some drawers and a night stand if needed but there is no bed or mattress. Room will be available on June 6
About the roomies
It’s just me and my quiet cat Nala of 6 years old, she is a very good girl and won’t bother you. I rarely have friends over who are very respectful people, maybe once in 2 months or so. I work 10+ hour shifts 6 days a week so you won’t see me home often
