Hi there! I have a room for rent coming available June 1st. Unfurnished. It is a 2 bed/ 1 bath. Washer/Dryer in basement. $500/month (all utilities included) $500 security deposit and must be on lease. Great, easy going landlord and neighbors. It is in a wonderful location across from Tower Grove Park and close to local coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping.

I would like to meet up in person at the park or for coffee at MoKabe so we can get to know each other and I can answer any more questions. As long as we’re a good fit, I’m happy to walk over and show you the place afterwards.

About me: I am 29 years old and moved here a couple years ago from Atlanta. I do have a 3 year old dog named Baxter so unfortunately no other pets can join us, but he is the sweetest boy who would be available for as many or as little snuggles as you’d like! I have a local dog walking business and do DoorDash on the side so my schedule is pretty flexible and I’m in and out of the apartment throughout the day. I like to keep an organized and clean space, but also like it to be warm and inviting.
