Room for rent in East Austin in the Woodland Hills neighborhood! I’m pretty clean and organized, but definitely not a neat freak either. Looking for someone easygoing, respectful, and who cleans up after themselves.

Private bedroom + full bathroom in a spacious 2,700 sq ft house with basically two living rooms, so there’s plenty of space and privacy. All bills paid. The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on what you prefer.

There are two different bedrooms in the photos and you can choose whichever one fits you best. It’s only me living here, no other roommates and no plans for additional roommates.

I have a very friendly dog and a 90% outdoor cat. Nala and Brewster are both super chill.

$450/month is specifically for someone open to helping with random house projects, weekly cleaning, and helping out around the property around 10 to 15 hours a month. Otherwise, normal rent is $900/month for a standard roommate situation where you just clean up after yourself.

I’m pretty active and outdoorsy. Into things like pickleball, golf, paddle boarding, hiking, working out, and random adventures with the dog. Big into self improvement, business, healthy habits, and staying productive, but also enjoy going out and being social here and there too.

Overall just a pretty laid back, positive environment at the house. Looking for someone with a similar good vibe and mature energy.
