Sara's room

Great area close to many hiking trails and the beautiful river. There’s many stores and food places available near here. There’s plenty of street parking available. We have Comcast gigabit WiFi you can use as part of the rent/utilities.

Storage space available in kitchen and garage too. The room has a mini fridge, dresser, ceiling fan light, and TV wall mount ready for you to use. Room is 100 square feet. Closet has a lovely large mirror on the door. The wall has a silly phrase on it but you can cover it with a picture or paint if you like.

We have a washer and dryer available to use. Kitchen, living room, backyard, and downstairs bathroom can be used by everyone we just clean up after ourselves.

My name is Sara and my boyfriend Kevin owns the home. He works for a computer tech company and I’m a disabled home maker now. I used to be a mail carrier when I was able. We are a couple in our 30’s who have been together for 4 years. We are friendly gamer types and are home most the time but keep to ourselves and aren’t loud. We have no kids and no pets but we may get a dog eventually. I have many houseplants I take care of and use as decoration.

We have an older male roommate Randy, that would share the bathroom with the new roommate. He also has a dog that is friendly. He is a retired construction worker that worked for Kevin’s father. We rarely have anyone over but on occasion my boyfriend might have work people over for a game night or I’ll have my sister come visit.
