3 bedroom 2.25 bathroom townhouse. 1 bedroom with private full bathroom available. I have a dog and cat that are housebroken. Singles, couples, and children welcome. One parking spot available in driveway or garage. Open to move in today on approval from leasing office. Pet welcome as long as it gets along with the other pets and is housbroken/ non destructive. Downstairs kitchen and living area would be shared. Washer and dryer in the home. Room is unfurnished 10x12. Smoking outside ok. The images are photos from the property management site, the laundry room has more shelves than pictured and the room is unfurnished, living room/ kitchen layout is the same- just decorated differently. Also, all hard floors downstairs, small fenced area with patio outside back door.

The lease renews in September, it’s possible that rent will need to be renegotiated. We both smoke outside the home. I work full time at the hospital, when I’m not at work I am usually hanging out with my dog, cooking, adventuring, or chilling in my room. I like to keep the home tidy in the common areas and share responsibilities for the chores. I enjoy playing board and card games frequently and would love it if my roommate did too, my house is colorful and bright and has music playing lightly 90% of the time I am home… I have headphones though if that bothers you. I am open to guests and respectful gatherings/ parties, I don’t host them often myself though. If we click and you wanna get our nails done, I enjoy that too! My spouse is employed full rime locally and usually keeps to himself. Looking for a full time employed professional who is responsible and respectful.
