Victoria's room

I have three open rooms in the house I am currently renting. It is a two-story house with a decent sized front and backyard. It is very close to the hiking and biking trails of Lime Ridge Open Space, so if you like spending your time in nature, it is a great place to be. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, but friendly. Two of the rooms are unfurnished and one room has a desk and twin bed. The rent will change depending on the room size, but will range from 675 to 800 dollars plus utilities. The lease will be a 1 year lease. The house is in Concord, but very close to Clayton.

Note, the security deposit is for the entire house, so it would be split between all roommates.

I work full time, combination from home and not from home. I am a very active and busy person and when I am not working, spend most of my time gardening, hiking, swimming, biking, and running. I treat my roommates with respect and expect the same in return. To this day, I’m close friends with a lot of my previous roommates, so I am very open to social time together as well as conversations throughout the day in passing/while eating/cooking. Although I am social, I enjoy alone time as well so can respect roommates’ boundaries in this sense. I think of myself as a very clean and considerate roommate. I try to clean up any mess I make in common spaces as quickly as possible and appreciate others who do the same.
