Emma's room

Hi everyone -

My partner, housemate, and I (3 of us total) are looking for another roommate (or couple) to move into our primary bedroom by May 1st. This is the largest bedroom in the house with its own private bathroom, balcony, and walk-in closet - this room would be perfect for couples!

We’ve lived here for just under two years. The whole house is furnished except the bedroom. Our street is pretty quiet and we’re minutes from the 5 and the 170. We’re about 5-10 minutes away from Valley Glen/NoHo, ~15 minutes to Burbank, Studio City, and Toluca Lake. Right around the corner from an Arco, In-and-Out, and lots of restaurants/grocery stores on Roscoe Blvd.

House Features

• Currently a month-to-month lease - but long-term stays will be prioritized!
• $1560 a month with a $1400 security deposit
• 2 Floor, 1850 Square Ft. House
• Wifi, Gas, and LADWP split between everyone in the house each month (or every two months for LADWP)
• Central heating & air
• 2 Car Garage, with 2 driveway spots, plenty of street parking * No extra fees for garage spots, we all share/swap spots equally
• In-unit washer & dryer in the garage
• Large kitchen with lots of cabinets and space
• Spacious backyard & patio that loops around the house with an outdoor couch and table, and a cute garden.
• Extra storage room in the back (we all share this room, great for projects, office supplies, storage bins, etc.)
• Must be queer-friendly and vaccinated
• Unfortunately, no pets at this time

About Us We’re all in our mid-20s and work in entertainment - some of us are WFH or hybrid. I currently work in the animation industry and my roommates work in the art department world. We’re friendly, respectful, and clean. We tend to keep to ourselves but do enjoy occasional house dinners or movie nights. While everyone’s entitled to privacy in their own rooms, we do like to keep common spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen, etc.) fairly tidy and try to be respectful of one another’s space.
