Private room w/full bath in a quiet townhome complex. In the medical center and close enough to the highway that it’s easy to get to most parts of town.

Room is 13x16 with additional walk in closet and ensuite full bath. Two windows and great sunlight.

Fully furnished living room and kitchen but you have the space to furnish your own room how you like. Some furniture available to help supplement if you like.

Private 2 car garage with space for a compact car or gated parking for anything bigger. Washer/Dryer in the garage too so you don’t have to leave to do laundry.

We’re the closest house to the pool! Great for lounging on summer days. I’ve got an enclosed patio space with a grill too if that’s your thing.

My name is Scott! I’m a 30 year old coach/gym owner but don’t let that fool you, I’m pretty lazy off the clock. Rice Grad in Sociology. Mostly introverted but I host the occasional dinner party/board game night where I’ll get 12 to 16 people. I’ve lived with roommates for most of my life and am very cooperative and considerate on most things.

Short list of hobbies: rock climbing (v6 / ~12a currently), video games, board games, camping, and hiking.

Perks I bring to the table: Great cooking skills, 12 years local Houston experience, free coaching if you’re interested, and I’m pretty good at lifting heavy things.

Things I’m not flexible on: No smoking and I’ve got a pair of cats who are part of the deal. You don’t have to love them (it’s hard not to though!) but their safety and well-being is important to me.
