Hi there, a private room is available for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment right next to Euro Motors Bethesda, Downtown. 2 minutes walking distance to Giant in Arilington Road. 12 minutes walking distance to metro station. Room size is 12ft X 8ft and it has a closet. Currently using as an office room and we’ll clear the room when you confirm the move in date. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Electricity, Gas and Internet is free.

We are a couple (Male 32, Female 28) and we prefer a decent female who wouldn’t bring us any troubles. If you don’t have a car, we can help you to move in. We are easy going, kind and friendly, we prefer someone with same qualities.
