The room occupies the entire bottom floor of a newly constructed 2 bed 2 bath town home. The room includes its own bathroom/shower and allows for its own exit/entry. The middle floor includes a shared kitchen and living room area in the house and In unit laundry available. Rent is $1300 per month (negotiable) and utilities (Internet, Water, Sewer, Electricity and Trash) would be split with Peter.

The house is located in Shoreline, very close to I-5 and about an 8-minute drive to the Northgate light rail station. It is also a 5-minute drive from the Shoreline Trader Joes.

I am moving in with my girlfriend and am looking for someone to rent out a room in my townhome. My friend Peter currently lives there and is planning to stay so looking for someone to be his roommate. A little about Peter Hurley: he is a tax accountant who loves sports/video games and is generally an all-around great guy.
