Bib's room

We are looking for a responsible and respectful roommate to share our 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house at 2024 Harbour Drive, Palmyra. The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is close to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants.

The room available is a standard bedroom that can fit a single-size bed, dresser, and desk. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate. The house also has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and backyard.

We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, respectful of others’ belongings, and willing to share common areas. We would prefer someone who is employed full-time and does not smoke.

The rent is $1000 per month, plus utilities. The security deposit is $1,000.

I work in IT full-time, keep to myself, and am off most days to work. You will mostly be living by yourself as I am usually out at my girlfriend’s place on the weekend. Consider me storing clothes in the smaller den. There is no-smoking in the house, get-togethers are permitted however please be conscious about neighbors, etc. lights out past 9 pm. No loud music or excessive partying.
