About the room
Located on beavercreek golf club Pick of 3 bedrooms upstairs. Own bathroom most of time, except when kids visit for holidays, etc. Roomie will be treated well, get some free meals, etc. However, we do need someone to take care of two 40 pound dogs when we travel. This is why only $500. Would love to have someone longer term and 8 month minimum term.
About the roomies
Couple is a woman that is Professor at college and male that is retired Attorney. Have 2 dogs, lab mix and beagle mix. Great view lots of space, basement can be utilized along with full kitchen. Internet and cable provided.
