Lovely two-bedroom apartment with a shared bath in wonderful Little Havana. I’m going on my third 12-month lease in this sweet place. It is safe, clean, and convenient to everything.

My current roommate needs to leave after this year. That makes a bedroom available for the right person.

You will need to pass a background check. The rent is $2150 which we will share. The landlord wants the first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and one month’s rent as a security deposit to move in.

Utilities (internet and electric) cost about $270/month. We will split these costs.

This is a 12-month lease starting May 9th. However, it is possible you can sublet in April.

Hey, I’m Grace. I’m a barista at Starbucks and a licensed cosmetologist. Somedays I have to get up as early as 3:45 am to open at Starbucks. I have a sweet little one-eyed cat named Fettie. Our place will need some new furniture (Living room/den dining area, your bedroom) as my current roommate is leaving and that furniture is hers.

I’m not a big partier, but I may occasionally have a friend over.

I like to clean up my dirty dishes right away and not leave them in the sink or on the counter. I’ll communicate with you if I have someone coming over and appreciate the same from you. I keep the bathroom area clean after use and expect the same. I will not eat your food or drinks. We can figure out how to manage any communal supplies.
