About the room
The condo is located in a gated community past Top of the Hill in Daly City, CA, with a stunning view of San Francisco. Amenities included with the space are access to a community gym, hot tub, and sauna, and possibility for rental of event space.
The shared spaces are fully furnished, and the balcony is perfect for relaxing at night. The neighborhood is quiet and houses mostly families, and is a short drive away from grocery stores, convenience stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Additionally, public transportation is a short walk away through the SamsTrans and MUNI bus systems.
The room itself is located next to the (shared) second bathroom and has a spacious closet and window that lets in natural light. The hallway closets by the laundry room are shared amongst everyone in the house for additional storage, as is kitchen pantry space. Utilities (PG&E, Water/Trash, and Wifi) are split every month.
About the roomies
We (the other roommates on the property - S & G) are both in our early 20’s. S is a working professional working as an admin at a tech startup, G is a full time student at SFSU and part time worker. The house is usually pretty quiet, and cleanliness and consideration is valued.
