Bib's room

We are looking for a responsible and respectful roommate to share our 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom townhouse at Harbour Drive, Palmyra. The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is close to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants.

The room available is a large bedroom with space for a king bed, dresser, and desk. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate. The house also has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and backyard.

We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, respectful of others’ belongings, and willing to share common areas. We would prefer someone who is employed full-time and does not smoke(indoors). Can be furnished if required.

The rent is $1300 per month, plus utilities. The security deposit is $1300

I work in IT, keep to myself, and am off most days at work. You will mostly be living by yourself as I am usually out at my girlfriend’s place on the weekend. Consider me storing clothes in the smaller den.
