This is a SUITE of rooms in my Eastown House. I live in the house too. The SUITE includes:

• Bedroom
• Kitchenette (used however you like, not great for real cooking - comes with a fridge, sink, and toaster oven)
• Bathroom
• Former “rec” room, to be used however you like (was recently a photography studio)

Renter has access to shared furnished areas of the house including:

• Full kitchen (complete with all cooking tools)
• Dining room
• Living room
• Washer/Dryer

This suite comes with driveway parking. Utilities are split. This house is already home to one friendly/funny kitty. She won’t like big pets but she is absolutely dying to love your tiny pets. This is a poly and LGBTQIA+ friendly house.

Eastown location. Walkable to:

I am an academic librarian. I work some days at home and some days at the library. I have one friendly cat. I am a big cook and somewhat of a night owl. I am very respectful of a roomate’s space and hope for the same in return.
