Furnished/unfurnished bedroom in 3bed 2bath house. Can remove furniture if needed, but comes with queen bed frame, mattress, and dresser. Own bathroom with tub/shower. Third bedroom is guest room with permanent Murphy bed (owner’s), I use it for a stretching/PT/yoga space as well. You will have access to everything in home. Backyard has 1 shed for use, a fire pit, and home has 2 car garage with storage shelves. Looking for long-term renter who is respectful, quiet, and clean (not just tidy). Cost covers all utilities/rent/pest control.

I am a very outgoing, kind, and extremely clean (house looks like pictures all the time, not cleaned just for photos) individual who works M-F 6-3. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, and adventuring on my days off. Looking for a roommate that has no history of drug use or unmanaged mental health issues.
