Hi all!

I’m looking for somebody to move into the second bedroom of a 2-bed, 2.5-bath, 2-story townhouse that I am currently renting in midtown. My current lease just ended and my roommate just moved out (she moved for work and is happy to be a reference).

Rent is $1050 and the townhouse is within walking distance of the Co-op. Your room would be on the second floor and have an attached private bath. A full sized washer and dryer are also in-unit. The house has a lot of storage space and is mostly furnished, aside from the bedroom you would be renting and a few odds and ends that my roommate ended up taking with her. There is a garage you could use for parking, otherwise street parking is easy to come by and I have never struggled to find it.

I am 25 and work as an environmental scientist. I’m super LGBT friendly and currently have two cats. I’ve never had any issues with past roommates and am overall easy to live with. Ideally I’m looking for somebody in their mid to late 20’s but am open to living with anyone so long as it seems we would get along. Please reach out if you’re interested!!
