Rooms have privacy locks. Large, fenced backyard with paver patio, artificial turf, covered propane grill station, small garden bed, and big desert view. From the patio, we occasionally see horses running free on the hillside. Mountain views all around. Community has groomed walking paths with exercise circuit and an asphalt, hill-top basketball court. Park in driveway. Utilities and broadband included, and ‘Alexa’ can give you the weather forecast each morning. Live in owner has one small, part-time cat; no additional pets please. House also includes purifying HEPA air filters and professional cleaners every two weeks. Located off Baseline at 19th Avenue. Easy access to Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Phoenix or Tempe, proximity to Interstate 10 and Highway 202, and just blocks away from the beautiful hiking trails of South Mountain. All welcome.
