Available is second bedroom with attached bathroom in double wide trailer on Bryant Street in Yucaipa. Access to kitchen, laundry and living room. Internet and utilities included. Central heat and Air conditioning. Parking spot in driveway. Room has desk only, you will need your own bed and furniture.

Room is for one person. No sleepovers, additional pets, or children. No smoking.

Roommates are one male 33, cat that keeps to himself, and 10 month puppy that is very playful and typically quiet except when packages are delivered during the day. I work from home so I am typically at home unless I am walking the dog. Chill, Not many visitors, no partying.
