Hello, this is a huge 3BR apartment with a giant private patio and a pool in the courtyard, a large livingroom/diningroom with fireplace and laundry in unit. You will be in the master BR that has a giant ensuite bathroom and walk in closet.

I am an older male professional and work from home, so I prefer someone who does not also work from home, but not a deal breaker. I am quiet and respectful, I meditate daily and love music and animals. I play guitar and am an avid movie watcher. I keep regular hours, sleep before midnight, up at 6:30 so prefer someone who is not a night owl. I have an adorable small 12 y/o dog who love everyone, so must be cool with him. I am looking for someone who is simply considerate and cleans up after themselves and understands basic common courtesy as I do. I get along with just about everyone and really enjoy fellow creatives. Let’s talk and see if it’s a good fit. :-)
