Alisha's room

This is a 5 bedroom 3 bath 2500 square foot split level home. There is a wood burning fireplace and open concept kitchen with kitchen island and lots of natural light. This house sits on the end of a cul de sac and backs up to a private park and walking trails. Also walking distance with a private neighborhood entrance to another hiking area. The bedroom for rent is on its corner of the house on the first floor. The room is large with a a king size memory foam mattress, down designer couch, and spacious. The bedroom shares walls with the garage, the laundry room, and exterior walls. There is one large window in the bedroom.

We are a family looking for someone who will match with us and we can beat this inflation together. This bedroom was recently redone all new flooring and paint. We have never used this room for our family. We can functionally live upstairs without this room and thought this was a great solution. I, the mom, am a bartender and college student. My partner works in construction. We like smoking meat, sitting by the fire, and playing in the yard. This home is clean, safe, and cozy. We are not necessarily quiet as there are children in the home. This neighborhood is very fun and lively. On any night you could find us sitting on out covered upper patio on the gas fireplace making s’mores or roasting hot dogs. This is a year round thing for us. Our yards are close to the neighbors and we play with them in the cul de sac or have bbqs together. We have a friendly snd lively home that caters to children and community. Being we are a loud family we want someone who would not be bothered by us. You would have a separate patio down below with seating and a gas fire pit as well as a wood burning fire pit in the yard. Looking for someone who could mesh well with us and not be bothered by the activity. In the warmer months we are outside a lot but there enough room for you to have privacy. I have been looking online for a mini fridge for the room. There is another fridge in the garage but you’re welcome to the kitchen as well. We have two dogs that do not go on the furniture and a separate fenced in dog yard. We have a cat that does go on furniture but she has her favorite window she sits in that is upstairs.
