I have a spacious master bedroom (master bedroom half of a 2bed/2bath) in Toscana Apartments in Irvine. Easy access to John Wayne airport, the 405, UC Irvine, etc. Lease is month to month. Apartment has in-unit laundry, a gym and multiple pools and jacuzzis, a parking garage (with a reserved spot) and has been very comfortable thus far. Lots of natural light and a balcony as well.

I’m the only other tenant in the apartment (SO is here on weekends from time to time, but does not live with me during the week) and I work in the office for anywhere from 50-70 hours a week, so for the most part I’ll be out of your way. The apartment is sparsely furnished right now, so if you have furniture, it will likely still fit.
