My roommate and I are looking for an additional roommate to share a beautiful 3 bed/2 bath house in Daly City. The room for rent has a shared bathroom, but is nice and spacious. Common space that is shared is the living room, kitchen, and garage. Monthly rent is $1350 and deposit is also $1350.

• View of the ocean and nearby to a few parks
• Laundry in home
• Easy street parking
• Up to date kitchen, bathroom, and flooring
• Garage for extra storage space/work out area
• Close to 1 and 280 for commuting

Currently the house is occupied by myself (a female) and another female. We met on this website actually! We’re in our late 20’s-early 30’s and would like someone in similar age. We each work M-F jobs so we’re quiet during the week, but enjoy doing fun things on the weekends. We each have a dog (so 2x total dogs in house) and 1x cat. The animals are friendly and love to cuddle so we’re hoping for an animal lover for a roommate! We’re into:

• Music and going to concerts/festivals
• Cooking and board game nights
• Going to breweries or wineries
• Being outdoorsy

We’d love to have someone that’s cleanly with the common spaces, offers a helping hand if needed, and is respectful of one another’s belongings/space. We sometimes have hostings with friends so hoping for a roommate that doesn’t mind that and/or wants to invite friends to join! Would like someone who’s also good with communicating.
