Pine hills neighborhood (great for students, large existing student population), 7 min walk to UAlbany Downtown Campus, 10 min bus ride to UAlbany Uptown Campus. Responsible and polite landlord.

We (Julian, RPI and Jackson, UAlbany) are both seniors and have been living in the apartment since June 2022, but we’ve also been roommates since freshman year. We both love cooking and working to keep this house clean. I (Julian) am looking to sublet my room out for anytime between this November to April 2024, so now we’re looking for someone new.
