We take pride in offering a top-tier living experience, and your room is no exception. Complete with a luxurious king size mattress and modernized bedroom set, you’ll be able to relax and unwind in style. You’ll have more than enough room to feel comfortable and at ease in your own private oasis.

Stylish design elements, such as the lovely teal board and batten accent wall, give your new room a touch of elegance, making it a wonderful space to rest and recharge after a long day.

Entertainment is no issue with the inclusion of a 55 inch flat screen TV that is perfect for movie nights or binge-watching your favorite shows. To make sure you’re always connected, we also offer high-speed WiFi.

To make your move-in process stress-free, we’ve equipped the room with your own private bathroom and provided plush towels for your comfort. Simply bring yourself and your belongings, and get ready to experience a top-of-the-line living situation like no other.

Hello there! Welcome to our humble abode. My wife and I are both in our early 40s and fairly outgoing, yet we value and respect each other’s need for privacy and alone time. We believe in making the most out of life by trying new things and being adventurous, regardless of our age. That being said, we also accept the importance of responsibility and maturity in maintaining a harmonious living space.

We work full-time, so you can count on us to be out of the house during the day. However, in our spare time, we enjoy keeping things tidy and organized without going overboard. We’re avid cooks and love experimenting with new recipes, so you’re more than welcome to join us for a meal any time. We also make health and wellness a top priority and frequently hit the gym, so you’ll notice a lot of healthy choices in our fridge.

When it’s time to unwind, we love exploring the town and trying out new restaurants or bars. We’re looking for someone who shares the same interest in hitting the town, but don’t worry, if you prefer a quiet night in, that’s just fine too. We simply ask for you to be respectful, much like how we conduct ourselves.

Furthermore, while smoking is allowed, we have a designated area for it. Alcohol is also welcome, in fact, we don’t mind taking a shot with you from time to time. All we ask is for you to clean up after yourself and to keep your personal spaces tidy.
