Searching for a roommate to take over the third bedroom in this townhouse. This property has two floors. The first floor has a living room, dining area, bathroom, washer, dryer, washing machine, and kitchen. The second floor has another shared bathroom, a linen closet, and all 3 bedrooms (each bedroom has one person occupying it).

This bedroom has a queen-sized bed, headboard, dresser, blackout curtains, and closet included. We also have a spare corner desk and cabinet available for purchase from the previous tenant if interested.

We are 2 males in their early 20s who recently moved to LA (one in September ’22 and one in February ’23). One of us (23) is doing marketing for EDM events company Insomniac, and the other (21) runs social media for businesses while finishing his final semester of university online. While we work hard in our current roles, we are also pursuing other personal projects after work hours with a music project and an acting career. Since we are new to LA, we enjoy exploring the city, meeting new people, and working out. Weekends are usually packed with activities like going out to music venues, bars, and restaurants. We are more than happy to introduce you to our friends, and we would love to host yours as well!

Our third roommate is leaving at the end of May. Ideally, we would like someone to take over at the beginning of the June 1st rent cycle. Our lease ends August 31st, so you would be signing a lease for those final 3 months (June, July, August). You should have the option to renew for a one-year lease at the end of the summer.
