Garrett's room

The room available is a master with a connected bathroom and closet. The room is not furnished, but the rest of the apartment is. The apartment complex has free parking with the option to get a garage or a covered carport. There is a free 24/7 gym with a good assortment of equipment, as well as a pool connected. The leasing staff is very accommodating and there is very attentive maintenance staff. The leasing office has a business center, dog wash, bike repair, and parcel room with an amazon hub. If you are a student, the complex is right next to Red Rocks Community College and very close to Colorado School of Mines.

My name is Garrett and I’m the only one who lives here currently. I have one medium sized German Shorthair Pointer that is very friendly with other people and dogs. I like to keep the apartment pretty clean most the time. I also cook a lot so theres always good food. I love to snowboard, hike, play sports, and just be outside in general. I am a student at Red Rocks currently and will be transferring to Mines soon, so I’m usually either at school or doing homework. I don’t usually have people over but I do sometimes and don’t care if you do the same. Basically just looking for someone who can clean up after themselves and is social.
