Beautiful and spacious house in a safe neighborhood. A nice backyard (currently being lightly remodeled a bit) in a perfect area with shopping centers and restaurants within walking distance. The bathroom would be shared with one other, very clean roommate. Utilities are between $45-$100 based on the season but split between 3 people. WiFi is around $25 per person.

Two roomies in our 20s and one gentle giant German shepherd who is 2. The humans work a lot and enjoy a quiet but welcoming house. The dog loves attention and treats. We are a drug free house and want everyone to feel comfortable and live in a safe environment.
