Spencer's room

The home is located in Shell Beach. A small beach community. A short walk to the beach, corner store, restaurants, bars. Small backyard small front yard with grass. There’s a garage that is kind of a hang out storage area. I have a small Coleman inflatable, hot tub. I am at a garden, passion, fruit, orange tree, mini strawberries. The room is 10 x 11 but a nice size sliding door closet into drawers under it. I washer and dryer on site. Decent size bathroom. There is a possibility of off-street parking, but I am currently using it to store my second vehicle.

I am a 41-year-old executive chef. I’m from the area and have a cool really vocal and chill cat. I work a lot but love a nice home. Love to barbecue cook hang with friends when I’m off and relax after a long days work.
