Midtown apartments is located just steps away from the University of Florida campus. The complex has a small gym, outside area, and many study rooms. I will be renting my room in a 3x3 apartment for the summer. The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, and nightstand. It also has its own bathroom. The apartment also has a living room, kitchen, and washer/dryer.

Hi I’m Sydney and I will be entering my third year at the University of Florida in the fall. It is my room in the 3x3 that you will be subletting. My two roommates are not subletting their rooms and they will not be here during the summer. They may pop by occasionally but the apartment will mostly be just yours. Parking is an extra $150 if you want to park in the garage.
