Nice trailer on half acre fenced in backyard. Huge back deck that I have furnished. Smaller front deck. Right up against the blue ridge parkway forest you walk out front door and there is the forest with hiking trails. very secluded. So beautiful. Bedroom is furnished but you will need a mattress. You have your own bathroom.And bathroom already has shower curtains rug etc. Top line appliances. Washer/dryer dishwasher. Cable hook up in bedroom. There is also a 3rd bedroom that I have been using as an art studio but I’m thinking of buying an outside shed to do my artwork so that would give you more space. not a shared bedroom you have your own
I am 54 female. I work days with the elderly. I have a border collie and 2 cats. Can’t have any pets sorry my pets would not be cool with that. I am a creative person a bit of a loner but I enjoy company. I smoke and I drink.Don’t smoke pot don’t care if you do. So if you can’t handle cigarettes probably not a good fit. I rent from my friends who I went to Warren Wilson college with.
