West Pfluger Street

I have a lovely four-bedroom three bath home on a tree line Street in Pflugerville. Two of the rooms are rented to professional gentlemen, one in his 30s and one in his 60s. The room to be rented out has a shared bathroom with one other person. The house has a very large living room. Internet is included as are all utilities.The kitchen and dining room is a very large area as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking appliances you just need to bring your own food. There is an extra refrigerator for tenants use. There’s a utility room with a washer and dryer and a chest freezer for extra food . There is some space available in the garage for storage. There is a covered front porch with table and chairs , and then in the back there’s a seating area with table and chairs overlooking your large backyard. Also a gazebo!

I am 74 and will occasionally ask for help reaching things off the high shelf or moving things that are too heavy for me. But I try to stay out of your business and leave it with a friendly, good morning and good night. I’m here to help you out when you like it locked out of your room, or have some other minor problem.
