Hi, I own a townhouse in Northwest Dallas right off the 635, exit 26 Josey Lane. It is a 3 bedroom 2 and a half bathroom house fully furnished. I am looking for a roommate to rent out the master bedroom, with your own master closet and master bathroom. This is a smoke free home. I have a wonderful peaceful cat named Gift! Only 15 minutes away from the airport, downtown, and uptown. 10 minutes away from galleria mall, 15 minutes away from grapevine mills mall and 20 minutes away from north park mall. This large bedroom with vaulted ceilings contains a queen sized bed, one night stand, a desk, a chair, a walk in closet and some lamps.

Currently there are 2 of us. One, 23 M, and myself, 30 M. We are two quiet, clean, respectful working professionals. We mostly keep to ourselves as we are very busy. We both enjoy going to the gym and traveling and occasionally going out on the weekends. Some rules we adhere to: 1) We don’t wear shoes in the house and take them off at the door. 2) We like to keep the kitchen clean every night of dishes to avoid pests. 3) You are free to use everything in the kitchen freely. I don’t eat pork but you are free to do so as long as you use your own pots and pans for that (if you cook). 5) We always keep the thermostat between 72 and 74. A facetime interview will be required as well as a copy of your id and last two paystubs.
