Richard's room

I have 3 rooms that could be furnished, but only looking for 1 roommate. I’d prefer you pick your room and then I can move the bed/dressers into that room. The bathroom is the guest bathroom, but barring guests staying over or visitors it will be treated and respected as your private bathroom. Work from home is ok. My girlfriend has many friends that are LGBTQ+, so if you are conservative, save us both the headache and don’t inquire.

Just me. I work long hours as a truck driver. Transitioning to a local route so I will now be home daily. I do woodworking sometimes which can be loud, but will be considerate of the noise when deciding to work on projects. I’m decent at tech support also.
