The rent of the room will be 950$ a month and the 300$ deposit and all utilities will be included. I am looking for a quiet and clean individual for the room (Single Male Only). The master bedroom has been remodeled recently with new floors and paint including the bathroom it is a large space includes a private bathroom and multiple closets in the bathroom.
