Large unfurnished Master Bedroom with Private Bathroom for Rent in house. Fully fenced backyard. My ideal housemate would be vegetarian or vegan. Will consider another friendly small dog. No cats. No smoking but 420 friendly. Females only. Must be clean, respectful with no drama. Will require first, last and $200 non refundable deposit. Environmentally conscious as I use non toxic cleaners in my home. Garden outside in a wooded, nice neighborhood. No washer or dishwasher but have a dryer for use. Will require a background check, references and employment verification. Lease agreement for 6 months minimum with renewal option after 3 months.

I am an animal activist and vegetarian. Have pets and housemate must love pets too. I have a dog, a bearded dragon, a cornsnake, two guinea pigs and a house bunny. I love gardening and working outside. I take my dog for walks almost every day. I have two part time jobs. So am in and out of the house a lot.
