About the room
Hello, I am subleasing 1 unfurnished room in a 3 bed/3 bath for the summer. The apartment is at Waterview (near the IU stadium), and is available from early May (flexible, preferably after May 5) to August 2. Water, Wifi, and trash are included. There is also an in-unit washer/dryer.
The other roommates will be female, so females are preferred. The rent is 540/mo + electric. The unit is also pet-friendly for any additional fee/pet rent. Parking is offered on-site with a parking permit, which is provided for free to residents.
If necessary, I will also be selling some furniture (desk, nightstand, bedframe/mattress, etc.)
About the roomies
1 roommate is looking to sublease as well, most likely to another student. The other roommate is a grad student at O’Neill and works at local bar. Overall they are both very chill and keep to themselves!
