About the room
Iβm subleasing a room in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in the Magnolia Court complex located north of Mueller at Cameron and 290. The rent is 1,260 total. Split halfway and after the utilites, internet, washer and dryer rental, and trash fee, it usually comes to 750, a little cheaper in the cool months. You would be taking over the lease that ends January 2024. The complex is gated and the management has been very communicative in the year that Iβve spent there. The apartment has a balcony and fireplace, wash and dry in unit, pest free and the building gets preventative treatment regularly, and there is a hot tub in the pool/gym area. The bathroom is a jack and jill style with a door to each bedroom. It is a third story apartment which gets a 30 dollar monthly rent discount and vaulted ceilings. There are no pets living there currently, they are welcome but there is a monthly 10 dollar per pet fee. The room is currently empty, I just moved in with my boyfriend and would like someone to take over the lease as soon as possible. The room is smaller than average at 10β10β x 9β7β, so this may not be a good fit if you have a lot of stuff or a king size bed. You will need to apply to the apartment, the income requirement will be combined with my roommate who lives there and is not very high, and a background check is required along with a 50 dollar application fee. Thatβs the fee listed under deposit, there will not be a deposit since I already paid it when I began my lease. Message me for tours and any questions.
About the roomies
My current roommate, Jeremy 30M, will be living in the other bedroom. He has no pets and is tidy. He prefers to keep the AC at 65 at night.
