The house is < 1/5 mile from amenities near 120th and Sheridan. It’s a very walkable location and is also easy access to RTD. The Double room is very private with en suite bath. It has a large west facing egress window with ample light and is newly remodeled with LVP flooring and comes fully furnished.

About me, I’m a recent empty nester in my 50s looking to share a 5bd, 4ba 2500 sq. ft. home. I’m an early riser, early to bed type. Active, love plants, sunshine and colorful inspiration. My schedule is varied depending on the season, but I enjoy both traveling and spending chillax time at home. I like to share an occasional walk, meal, board game, movie or yoga session, though not required. Not a big partier. Entertain rarely. Good communicator. Not shy but tend toward introvert.

Though I love dogs, cats, kids and creatures of most types. I’m now ready for the cleaner, quieter and slower ways of a critter free home. No pets please.
