2bath 2br apartment in a nice building in Redwood City, absolutely great location: -Across the street from 24-Hour Safeway and Starbucks -SamTrans and Tech Shuttle bus stop right out front -Less than 2 miles to downtown -Whole Foods/Costco/ Movie Theatre/ Philz, Box and popular restaurants nearby -280 and 101 Freeway access off Woodside -Border to Atherton and Menlo Park the bedroom is unfurnished but I can provide a great mattress.

Laundry in unit, dishwasher, microwave etc etc.

I literally moved here 3 days ago so the apt is not completely furnished -as you can see in the pics- but until April 10th ill have the apt fully furnished (except your bedroom).

Move in date: whenever, the early the better for me but I’m not in a rush. Roomie must be able to provide ID and a clean background check. No couples. Price: $1750 + utilities +$100 parking in the building if you want to, there is street parking so it is up to you get the covered and gated spot.
