Hi! I’m looking for a roommate or two for my 3 bedroom in Black Rock. Big, sunny apt less than a five min walk from Harborview Market. I’ve been here a little over a year and love it. Second floor apt, W/D in-unit, dishwasher, and plenty of street parking (I’ve always been able to park right in front of the house). Between 3 people rent would be roughly $800 a person. In the summer all utilities including wifi are usually around $60 and sadly about double in the winter. My current roommates are moving out when the lease is up on May 31st (not exactly sure when they are moving out).

I work as a nanny in Stamford/Norwalk area so during the week I’m usually gone most of the day. I would say I value cleanliness but I’m not necessarily a clean freak. Try my best to be a no outside shoes household and to keep tidy by cleaning up after myself in the kitchen/bathroom. Looking for someone with similar values/just general respect of space.
