I live in the heart of Folsom in a beautiful apartment complex. The complex is near lots of walking trails, easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment with easy access to the freeway. My apartment is a top floor unit (3rd floor stair access, no elevator access). Being on the top floor is nice because there is no noise from upstairs neighbors! The apartment is mostly furnished, however you’ll need your own furniture for your bedroom. You’ll have a private bedroom and bathroom with no shared walls. Apartment is south facing which means we get a good amount of light but not a ton of direct sun hitting the windows which should help keep it cool in the summer. The unit has a fireplace, a great sized patio, in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and an ice maker in the freezer. Bathrooms have a shower/tub. Total cost of rent is $1946/month (split between 2, you pay $923/month)- I pay $1023 because I have the master bed/bath with a larger closet. This price does not reflect the cost of internet, SMUD, PG&E or utilities. Parking available on site. We have 1 assigned parking space, and plenty of additional parking within same walking distance. I’ve never seen the parking lot full with no available parking. Ultimately I’d love a responsible roommate who is a working professional, clean and considerate! :) you’ll need to secure your own renters insurance (required). To apply for the apartment the leasing office will run a criminal background check and a credit check. Lease ends 4/12/2024. If you do not want to live there the duration of the lease, you will be responsible for finding a replacement roommate.
