Evans Avenue

This is a unique situation where my current roommate and I are in a situation where we both need to leave before the lease ends on July 25th. LAST MONTHS RENT IS ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF. But our landlord may require a security deposit from you so just be aware of that. The idea is that you would come in and take over the lease a little early and continue living here and renew the lease for the 2023-2024 cycle. The house is gorgeous and the location is really great with many restaurants, bars and coffee shops just a few blocks away. It has a porch with a beautiful yard. The security deposit is first months rent and last months rent PER PERSON.

I will still be here for a few weeks but my roommate is leaving April 7th. If you have someone you’d like to include in this 2 bedroom house please let me know and I’ll also let my roommate know so he doesn’t reserve the spot for someone else.
