About the room

Basement Private Room (20.5x14) with private shower and entrance for Rent to 1 responsible, working adult in a single family 3BR, 2BA home. The house is directly on Middle Road and not a subdivision. You would be renting the basement with your own entrance and extremely minimal interaction with the other residents.

The basement is not fully underground and has 2 operating windows to let natural light in.

In the upstairs portions of the home are 2 adults and 1 teen. Relatively quiet.

Background check will be required and first months rent plus security deposit. Be okay with cats and dogs. We don’t mind if you have a small pet as long as they’re well behaved (don’t damage carpets/furniture/walls) and can get along with other animals.

About the roomies

Adult couple in 30’s. Teen is 16yo M. We tend to be quiet and reserved. When not managing work/school balance, we generally cook at home each night and hang out in our respective entertainment areas. We are all gamers so when at home, we’re generally online either raiding or watching a show. Non smokers. Don’t care if you drink but son has asthma so looking for non smokers. LGBTQ friendly, as well as 40+. Low maintenance, clean and healthy.
