1x bedroom in a 3br, 1.5ba, 2 story townhouse along Sandy Blvd: -fenced in private back yard/patio -upstairs bedroom -lots of storage -large common areas -quiet neighborhood -nice size kitchen with appliances:(dishwasher, coffee stuffs, etc.)
About the roomies
Two of my favorite people (and their fuzzy friends!) Good people; Shy, kind, reliable musicians. Very mindful of others’ spaces. [Pets are sweet too, I’ll miss the pup]
Friend 1: Works (remote) in Healthcare. Another tidy individual. Practical and aware (and one of the funniest people I know.)
Friend 2: Works mornings, and spends a lot of time creating music when home (midi work, not loud..)
Both are easy to live with and it’s nice just to be under the same roof 🖤 alas I’m giving up my space and freeing up room for the fung shui 😁
