I am looking to rent in a brand new building in Koreatown called the Hallasan. It has a full sized gym, rooftop pool & bar, and indoor on-site parking. The apartment itself has 2 big bedrooms, a huge living room, 2 private bathrooms, a full kitchen, (I love cooking) and a balcony. It is on the 25th floor with amazing unobstructed views of LA. The rent is $5500 a month, so $2750 each. Looking to move in late July, or early August. You can help me furniture shop if you’d like. (Smoking allowed on balcony, and just give a heads up before company comes over.) I will be the primary leaseholder, and there won’t be any issues or obligations as long as you have good credit and have never been evicted before. Minimum 12 month lease

Attending SMC for Business Administration in August. Doesn’t really matter who my roommate is. I am 19 years old, 6’1, 150lbs & straight. Most of the time I will be working on my motorcycle. I’ll probably get a cat and name him pancake sooner or later. Super clean, and can keep to myself or be good friends. I drink and occasionally smoke (I respect it if you don’t) I like vinyl records, plants, engines, going out, and I can be your gym buddy. I’m not a neat freak or anything lol we can make a mess, as long as it’s cleaned up after. Couples welcome, older people welcome, like I said I really don’t care who it is. I can help you purchase a car, or work on your car to save you money (I have tools.) I am Canadian btw
